I’m Christina Woolford, PA-C — a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in cardiology and metabolic health.
My clinical focus includes insulin resistance, cardiovascular risk reduction, hormone-related metabolic shifts, and GLP-1 therapy optimization. I work at the intersection of heart health and metabolism — where long-term strategy matters more than quick fixes.
But my perspective didn’t come from clinical practice alone.
I began my own GLP-1 journey postpartum, after experiencing firsthand how dramatically metabolism can shift following pregnancy. As both a clinician and a patient, I saw how different the conversation feels when you are living it yourself.
That experience deepened my approach.
